You benefit from good connections both in your everyday life and in your career. In our case, you can take that quite literally. This is because, with the insulation piercing terminal, IPT for short, we have created an electrical installation solution which you can use to install and connect sockets for medical devices and laboratory furniture much faster. This enables an installation time up to three times faster than a conventional plug-in terminal connection, which in turn leads to increased productivity.

This is possible because, with our IPT socket, neither the single conductors nor the end of the cable have to be stripped during installation. Up to two conductors are simply pushed in – then the socket is connected and is safe to touch, and the conductors can be routed to the next socket.
When used together with the Berker Integro standard range, our IPT sockets enable a wide range of applications in hospital and laboratory furniture equipment.
